Earlier this year, we shared Nova Caravans’ very own Scott Dudley was named the Caravan Industry Victoria Employee of the Year for 2026!

Presented as part of the prestigious Caravan Industry Victoria Hall of Fame Awards, the award recognises outstanding employees who demonstrate excellence, professionalism, initiative, reliability and a genuine commitment to their workplace and the wider caravan industry.

Three months on, and Scotty continues to show exactly why he was chosen. Day in, day out, he brings the same dedication, strong work ethic and willingness to support those around him. He leads by example and embodies the values that are such an important part of the Nova Caravans team.

Being recognised from among employees across Victoria’s caravan industry is an incredible achievement — but it’s the consistency Scotty continues to demonstrate every day that makes us especially proud. 👏

Congratulations again, Scotty!
