Nova Caravans are proud to offer our customers a 3 Year Warranty on all parts and components that are manufactured by Nova. All other parts, components or accessories fitted by Nova to the caravan come under the warranty of our external stakeholders.

Important Warranty Information

At the time of handover, it is essential to familiarize yourself with your caravan to help prevent any unnecessary warranty claims. Please take the time to understand its features, maintenance requirements, and proper usage to keep your caravan in optimal condition. To ensure a smooth warranty process, please note the following:

  • Warranty Claims: A ‘Warranty Registration Form’ must be submitted by the Dealership to Nova’s warranty department for any claims to be recognized.

  • First Point of Contact: If you experience any issues, your initial contact must be via email to the warranty department of your dealership. The dealership will liaise with Nova Caravans regarding approval and necessary repairs.

  • Warranty Conditions: The Nova Warranty will be void if the caravan has been abused, misused, or subjected to negligent actions resulting in damage.
