Just a quick note, to highlight an awesome interaction I have just experienced with the Nova team. While out adventuring we had a small warranty issue raise its head, 2 1/2 years after purchasing the van new. The van was returned to Nova HQ for rectification, the issue was handled in a professional and timely manner. Nova’s service was second to none. Big shout out to Tara, your customer service was first rate. Happy days!

I am writing to express our appreciation with regard to the excellent service we received for the repairs carried out on our van at Nova Melbourne.

We were very impressed in our dealings with Nova customer service, especially considering our van was out of the warranty period.

Initially, our contact was by e-mail outlining the required repairs this request was actioned promptly and arrangements to get the van in for assessment was arranged.

We were met by John and Tara from warranty section in a very friendly professional manner the repairs required were agreed to .

We were expecting to be without our van for an extended time considering Nova is a manufacturing establishment and with experience with other brands repairs were normally pushed to back of the queue, but we were pleasantly surprised when the van would be right to go within a week or earlier.

We were introduced to the workers Ishka and John who would be on the job both displayed a very knowledgeable understanding of every aspect of the van's characteristics.

We were and are very pleased with the whole process and our willing to share our experience with anyone asking for a reference to Nova and the team.

Do we love our Nova Bravo caravan! Delivered ahead of its eta. We could not be more happier or prouder to praise the quality of our van. What a positive experience Jan, Sue and I had at Nova today, . We purchased our new Nova Revivor 651. We were shown in detail the workings of the Van. Everyone was so nice. I can only highly recommend dealing with RV Melbourne or any Nova dealer for that matter.

Our first Nova caravan was a Nova Vita, a 19ft van which we owned for 14 years. It didn’t miss a beat, was utterly reliable and took us on many adventures around Australia. We were so impressed with the standard, fittings and high workmanship that we recently bought a new van, a Nova Bravo. We downsized to a 16 ft but have found it just as comfortable as the larger van and much easier to tow, now that we’re older. Impressed with the van and would recommend to anyone looking for something reliable , comfortable and trendy.

We purchased a caravan from the Nova team at a caravan show in 2024. We asked for a delay in handover due to personal circumstances, which they were more than happy to accommodate. We received the caravan as ordered and definitely love it! We have taken several trips without any problems. Unfortunately our dealer has now gone, and we do have a minor issue with a blind in our star hatch. However, Nova to the rescue! They are sorting it out for us directly, without any issues. Now that is what I call service! Can't recommend them highly enough.

We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Nova Caravans for the incredible way they looked after us.

From a very stressful situation to an experience we will never forget — thank you, Nova Caravans!
When the dealership we purchased our caravan through in Sydney went into receivership, we were devastated and extremely worried about what would happen to our purchase. It was a very stressful and uncertain time, and we honestly didn’t know where we stood.
Then Nova Caravans stepped in and honoured our deal.
John - Nova’s National Sales Manager, personally called us within hours of them being made aware of the dealership closing, calling us whilst we were overseas and reassuring us that they will honour our deposit that had been paid over 10 months ago.
We cannot put into words how much that meant to us. Nova could have easily said that the situation was nothing to do with them, but instead they chose to stand by us. Their compassion, understanding and integrity throughout the whole process were truly exceptional.
At a time when we were feeling very disappointed and unsure about the future, Nova gave us reassurance and restored our confidence. They showed us that they genuinely care about the people who buy their caravans — not just the sale.
For us, this experience has shown that Nova Caravans (a family owned company) is a company with heart, honesty and integrity. They stood behind their customers when it really mattered, and that is something we will never forget.
We are absolutely thrilled with our caravan and incredibly grateful to the whole Nova team for making what could have been a heartbreaking experience into such a positive one.
When we went to collect our van the handover was beyond exceptional. They went through everything, every detail possible! We did video a lot of it because you just can’t remember everything (esp being a first timer) and Vic couldn’t have done a better job - so 10 out of 10 for Vic.

Thank you, Nova Caravans, for standing by us when you didn’t have to. Your kindness, integrity and commitment to your customers have left a lasting impression on us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Nova Caravans to anyone looking for a company they can trust.

We had to take our 8 year old pride platinum back to have a couple of things replaced. We have lived on the road for the past 5 years, so there is a little wear and tear, we also like her looking good. The staff were all friendly and polite and very helpful. The van was ready when they said it was. They are celebrating 20 years this year, so they must be doing things right.( a lot of other caravan places haven't lasted). When its time to buy another van ,we will be staying with Nova.

We have had our Terra Sportz for just over 12 months. Finally got around to getting some warranty work done. A big thank you to Tara and the boys at Nova for the warranty work on our van. Nothing was too much trouble and all fixed with no fuss.

We purchased a Bravo Signature Z-series in 2023 after an extensive search for our ideal caravan. Nova have been great to deal with right from the start, they accommodated the modifications we needed and had the van ready on time as promised. The van has been our home as we have been adventuring around Australia for the past 18 months, and still going. We have all the conveniences and storage space we need, without feeling cramped or over stepping the load limit. When people look through our van, they are impressed, as were we, with the space and quality finishes. The van tows extremely well and is an ease to maneuver and back. Nova, we are more than satisfied with our van and your after sales service has been exemplary. A very special thanks to Tara for the way she has assisted us so promptly and for being a wonderful support.

My husband Bruce & I had a factory tour Friday 25th, we would like to thank Nova & John for a very insightful tour & it was great to see our van on the assembly line. Long time campers, however picked up our very first caravan recently. When searching for a caravan we had a couple of other vans already in mind, however when we came across the Nova Terra Sportz at the caravan & camping show, it was a stand out in our eyes. We took delivery of our new 166-1RZ Bravo Signature Series 2 weeks ago and are very happy with the van. The quality of the finish and products fitted are exceptional. Would like to thank Nicole from NOVA for all her help and advice and the staff from Parravans at Windsor from where we took delivery.

This is our first caravan and we are looking forward to getting out and about and enjoying the country side in the comfort and quality of our caravan.
