Good Morning,

We were very impressed in our dealings with Nova customer service especially considering our van was out of warranty period.

Initially our contact was by e-mail outlining the required repairs this request was actioned promptly and arrangements to get the van in for assessment was arranged.

We were met by John and Tara from warranty section in a very friendly professional manner the repairs required were agreed to .

We were expecting to be without our van for an extended time considering Nova is a manufacturing establishment and with experience with other brands repairs were normally pushed to back of the queue, but we were pleasantly surprised when the van would be right to go within a week or earlier.

We were introduced to the workers Ishka and John who would be on the job both displayed a very knowledgeable understanding of every aspect of the van's characteristics.

We were and are very pleased with the whole process and our willing to share our experience with anyone asking for a reference to Nova and the team.

I’ve had my Nova Terra Sportz for 3 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. Well done Nova Caravans on the recent story, of your company coming to the assistance of a Tango customer. Ripped off by the liquidation fiasco. Your company should be commended for such a generous gesture. Allowing that family to travel this great country in style. By a beautiful caravan provided by management and staff. Super Job, other caravan companies should take note. The families are victims in this horror story.

My husband Bruce & I had a factory tour Friday 25th, we would like to thank Nova & John for a very insightful tour & it was great to see our van on the assembly line. We travelled over 2000km's round trip from the Hunter valley for this tour & Bruce's peace of mind.My husband asked alot of questions & John was able to answer them, so we have come home confident about the build quality & are quite excited to see it come to fruition over the next couple of weeks.Once again, a huge thank you.

Long time campers, however picked up our very first caravan recently. When searching for a caravan we had a couple of other vans already in mind, however when we came across the Nova Terra Sportz at the caravan & camping show, it was a stand out in our eyes. The build was exceptional, had everything we were looking for & looked tough for an offroad van. The customer service has been outstanding & nothing has been a bother at all. Emails & phone calls have been answered promptly. Highly recommend Nova & we look forward to many years of adventures in our van!

Recently had a technical problem with my Nova Vita. Contacted Nova Caravans and as always was greeted on the phone by friendly staff who were more than willing to assist. Was provided advice from the technical staff and problem was fixed. We took delivery of our new 166-1RZ Bravo Signature Series 2 weeks ago and are very happy with the van. The quality of the finish and products fitted are exceptional. Would like to thank Nicole from NOVA for all her help and advice and the staff from Parravans at Windsor from where we took delivery.

This is our first caravan and we are looking forward to getting out and about and enjoying the country side in the comfort and quality of our caravan.
