 The RV Masters Program marks a significant advancement for the RV industry. For the first time, it introduces a new standard designed to elevate product quality, enhance business integrity, and boost consumer confidence.

 Launched by the Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV), the RV Masters Program aims to raise industry standards and address consumer concerns regarding the quality of products from less reputable manufacturers. Only the highest calibre manufacturers will earn the RV Masters seal.

 Daniel Sahlberg, the CEO of Caravan Industry Victoria, praised the program as a transformative initiative, stating that it “touches every aspect of business, from robust financial systems ensuring business viability to advanced quality management systems that guarantee product excellence.”

 To become a participating accredited partner, manufacturers must meet five key industry benchmark pillars: Business Systems, Quality Management, Human Resources, Customer Service, and Compliance.
